How much does an initial consultation cost?
The first consultation and a general review of your property are free. If field assessment is needed, costs are announced transparently.
Which areas of Tehran do you cover?
Our office is on Piroozi Street, but our projects span all of Tehran and nearby towns such as Damavand and Pardis. Out-of-town projects are assessed case by case.
Do you only take large projects?
No — from a single-apartment renovation to multi-unit complexes, we take any project where we can guarantee quality.
What does joint construction require?
Your property is assessed for buildable capacity (density, street width, area). If the economics work for both sides, we propose the share split and contract terms.
How are payments structured in construction projects?
Payments are staged against physical progress; each stage is documented with a certified statement approved by the client.
Can I visit projects under construction?
Yes — with prior arrangement you can visit our active sites and see the build quality up close.
