Redesign of the lobby, entrance and common areas of a 60-unit residential tower, coordinated with the building board.

Renovating common areas in large buildings is a coordination challenge. We presented three design alternatives to the board, got the final scheme approved, and executed during low-traffic hours to avoid disturbing residents.
