A twelve-unit complex on Piroozi Street; a joint-construction project delivered ahead of schedule.

This project came from a joint-construction agreement between the owners of three adjacent lots and Shahrara Asar. Merging the lots enabled optimal parking and larger units, noticeably raising the owners' share value.

The concrete frame was completed in 11 months and the whole project delivered two months ahead of the contract date.
