Qolhak (Parishad) Residential Project

The Qolhak (Parishad) project is an eight-storey residential building in District 3 of Tehran, in execution since December 2025. Its location in a dense residential fabric made excavation and shoring the most sensitive part of the project.

Excavation was stabilised with cross-bracing and soldier piles so neighbouring buildings stayed safe throughout. Lean concrete, the foundation rebar mesh and column starters were then executed to the structural drawings, with rebar inspected by the supervisor and a certified laboratory before pouring.
